THE ASK

Design a mobile app that supports couriers of Albert Heijn as they make their round past customers.

Find your vehicle to start your route

Drivers can locate their vehicle for the day using the license plate number provided.

Next they simply enter the mileage number, preview their delivery schedule and off they go.

Get over the air routing updates

All the addresses are planned from the back office and pushed straight into the delivery app so each driver is always up-to-date on changes to their schedule.

You collect returns, we do the math

Employees can scan items directly using the build-in barcode scanner or select items from a list to deduct them from the total.

Processing return items through the app significantly brought down error rates and cut down on delivery times.

Seamless and wireless payments

Bluetooth pairing with a dedicated PIN- terminal ensures payments are made quickly and simple.
